Walkthrough
Give 1x Sea Ivory (consumed) to Card Girl at Wharf Field 4 - Chrono Wharf.
To proceed to the boss, you have to complete the following trials:
  1. Trial 1 - Path to Oops Wharf Boss 1 - Not This Ship
    1. Talk to Shaman Girl Jia and hunt 10x Dread Black Foe.
    2. Talk to Card Girl and hunt 10x Dread Master Foe.
    3. Talk to Shaman Girl Jia again and drill 5x Love Crystal. Give the quest items to her and go to Trial 2.
  2. Trial 2 - Path to Oops Wharf Boss 2 - Not This Map
    1. Talk to the Copyfish DomDom at the top of the map behind the stand on the right.
    2. Defeat Dread Requi for Crystallized Sound 1, Dread Quiem for Crystallized Sound 2, Dread Crow for Crystallized Sound 3, and drill for Crystallized Sound 4.
    3. Talk to the other Copyfish DomDom on the right side of the map behind the stand and proceed to Trial 3.
  3. Trial 3 - Path to Oops Wharf Boss 3 - Real Wharf of Darkness
    1. Talk to the Copyfish DomDom up the ramp to be teleported to another Copyfish DomDom.
    2. Talk to him to get the quest and drill for 6x Requiem Mass Candle and 1x Requiem Mass Candelabrum. Give the items to him.
    3. Talk to another Copyfish DomDom at the middle left side of the map to get teleported to the Copyfish DomDom who gives the next quest.
    4. Talk to that Copyfish DomDom and defeat 1x Black Hearted Requi.
    5. Talk to the Copyfish DomDom on the bottom right side of the map to get teleported to the next Copyfish DomDom for the next quest.
    6. Talk to that Copyfish DomDom and drill for 1x Requiem Mass Brush and 1x Requiem Mass Sword.
    7. Lastly, talk to the middle-right Copyfish DomDom and defeat 1x Black Hearted Quiem and teleport two more times till you reach Shaman Girl Jia.
    8. Talk to Shaman Girl Jia to proceed to Trial 4.
  4. Trial 4 - Path to Oops Wharf Boss 4 - Real Dock of Darkness
    1. Talk to La Vida to start the quest and talk to her again.
    2. Talk to Vice Captain and accept the quest.
    3. Drill G Note, A Note and F Note.
    4. Talk to the Black Pirate Swab on the left first. Give him G Note.
    5. Talk to the middle Black Pirate Swab and give him A Note.
    6. Finally talk to the right Black Pirate Swab and give him F Note.
    7. Talk to Vice Captain again to get Pirate's Combined Song.
    8. Talk to La Vida to go to the dock area below.
    9. Talk to Shaman Girl Jia to get teleported to Wharf Field - Boss Room.
Notes
Since the new Boss System is added, there is no need to rush and worry you will be teleported out of the trials because somebody already defeated him. Now you have your own Boss Room! Wait for a moment and Captain Skull will spawn. Do not panic, and start defeating him. Once he is defeated, check the ground for equipment or other things. You may get a unique. After you win, the Boss Room will crumple in 30 seconds; you will be teleported into Gate of Oops Wharf. Note that Captain Skull doesn't drop any unique shields.
